Wish I could take the credit for the wonderful blend of ingredients in this spice, but I have to attribute this success to my grandmother. She arrived in the United States in the late 1800’s from the island of Madeira in the Azores and settled on Martha’s Vineyard, an island off Cape Cod. She taught my mother how to combine the mixture and then she passed the gift to me. After tasting the difference Mama Stella made in their own cooking, friends and family encouraged me to place it on the market to enable others to improve their culinary skills. –Enjoy!! Mama Stella
