Shrimp Cocktail
Ingredients:
1 lb. raw medium-size shrimp
1-2 Tbs. olive oil
Approx. 1 teaspoon Mama Stellas
1 jar of shrimp cocktail sauce
Directions:
Thaw and shell shrimp.
Lightly coat a frying pan with olive oil.
Heat pan to medium heat.
Place shrimp in pan, sprinkle with 1/2 teasp. of Mama Stellas.
When lightly browned, turn shrimp over and sprinkle with remainder of Mama Stellas.
Remove when brown on both sides.
Place on platter to be served with cocktail sauce.
(Can be served warm or room temperature. (Guests appear to prefer the warm shrimp.)
