			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Shrimp Cocktail<br />
Ingredients:<br />
   1 lb. raw medium-size shrimp<br />
   1-2 Tbs. olive oil<br />
   Approx. 1 teaspoon Mama Stellas<br />
   1 jar of shrimp cocktail sauce</p>
<p>Directions:<br />
   Thaw and shell shrimp.<br />
   Lightly coat a frying pan with olive oil.<br />
   Heat pan to medium heat.<br />
   Place shrimp in pan, sprinkle with 1/2 teasp. of Mama Stellas.<br />
   When lightly browned, turn shrimp over and sprinkle with remainder of Mama Stellas.<br />
   Remove when brown on both sides.<br />
   Place on platter to be served with cocktail sauce.<br />
   (Can be served warm or room temperature. (Guests appear to prefer the warm shrimp.)</p>

<p>Use 2 Tbs soy sauce in a dish for dipping sushimi.  Add 1/2 tsp of Mama Stella&#8217;s Original Cape Cod Seasoning to the soy sauce and 1/2 tsp Wasabi.  Add Wasabi to your desired taste/heat.</p>
